The International Suppliers Center ISC, which for ten years has been firmly established at the ILA Berlin Air Show, is the main marketing platform of the global supply industry. It provides a marketplace designed to meet the specific requirements of companies representing every product group in the aerospace sector, and gives systems manufacturers’ procurement and R&D representatives an opportunity to identify new international suppliers.
THREE BUYERS’ DAYS AT ISC 2016
Due to high demand, three International Buyers‘ Days will be taking place again at the ISC 2016. Since 2010 the Buyers’ Days, an efficiently organised event, have provided exhibitors at the ISC with an exclusive opportunity for holding scheduled B2B meetings with experts from
leading OEMs and first-tier suppliers. In addition to buyers, R&D experts will also be taking part. OEMs and first-tier suppliers show keen interest Barely six months before the fair opens its doors more than 40 international OEMs and first-tier suppliers have booked their place at the International Buyers‘ Days. They include 328 Support Services GmbH, Aernnova, AERO Vodochody, Airbus, Airbus Operations, Airbus Defence and Space, Airbus Helicopter, and many others.
A professionally organised, internet-based matchmaking system that focuses on and provides an information network for the needs and topics of business partners ahead of the fair ensures the long-term success of their meetings.
SUPPLY INDUSTRY FACES GLOBAL CHALLENGES
With this concept the ISC covers areas that are of vital importance to the supply industry. Increasingly, supply companies, most of them
medium-sized, are having to position themselves in a highly competitive global market and to share their customers’ economic risks.
Over the next two decades commercial aviation worldwide will grow by around five per cent. The aviation industry expects demand for 32,000 large airliners during this period. Systems manufacturers will require highly capable suppliers who can adapt their production output accordingly to satisfy high demand and deliver on time in accordance with the highest quality standards. The ISC is an important meeting place and platform for business and dialogue which actively assists the supply industry in its quest for growth. Companies exploring new markets and expanding their business in foreign countries receive direct support. The next ILA will take place at Berlin ExpoCenter Airport from 1 to 4 June 2016. From 1 to 3 June the ISC will be open exclusively to trade visitors. In 2014, 330 companies from 23 countries exhibited at the ISC.

GRANDE ATTENZIONE DA PARTE
DI OEM E FORNITORI DI ALTO LIVELLO Appena sei mesi prima che la fiera apra le sue porte, più di 40 OEM internazionali e fornitori di primo livello hanno prenotato il loro posto agli International Buyer Days. Essi comprendono (in ordine alfabetico): Support Services GmbH, Aer- nnova, Aero Vodochody, Airbus, Airbus Operations, Airbus Defence and Space, Airbus Helicopter, e molti altri. L’industria della fornitura affronta sfide globali. Con questo concetto la ISC copre aree che sono di vitale importanza per il settore della forni- tura. Sempre più spesso, le aziende di fornitura, la maggior parte di medie dimensioni, sono costrette a posizionarsi in un mercato globale altamente competitivo e di condividere i rischi economici dei loro clienti. Nel corso dei prossimi due decenni l'aviazione commerciale in tutto il mondo crescerà
del circa il cinque per cento. Il settore del trasporto aereo prevede una domanda di 32.000 grandi aerei di linea durante questo periodo. Produttori di sistemi richiederanno fornitori altamente capaci che possono adattare le loro capacità produttive di conseguenza, per soddisfare la forte domanda e consegnare in tempo in conformità con i più elevati standard qualitativi. L'ISC rappresenta un importante luogo di incontro e una piattaforma per il business e il dialogo che supporta attivamente la crescita del settore della fornitura. Le aziende che esplorano i nuovi mercati e ampliano le proprie at- tività in paesi stranieri ricevono un sostegno diret- to. Il prossimo ILA si svolgerà a Berlino ExpoCenter Airport 1-4 giugno 2016. Dal primo al 3 giugno, ISC sarà aperta esclusivamente agli operatori del settore. Nel 2014 hanno esposto a ISC 330 aziende provenienti da 23 paesi.
