The new 2016 addition to Scott Bader’s primer-less structural adhesives ran- ge, Crestabond M1-02, is now the fastest curing 10:1 ratio grade option available. It has been developed for higher volume assembly of smaller parts, which must be ready to handle in under three minutes for cost effec- tive productivity.
All grades in the range are suitable for bonding a wide range of metal, plastic and composite substrates. As well as the new PP-04 1:1 grade for bonding polyolefins, the 1:1 ratio black pigmented Crestabond grades for improving the bond joint aesthetics of black ABS and carbon fibre (CF) composites components, plus the DNV-GL independently approved Crestabond M1-30 and M1-60 grades

Un nuovo adesivo dedicato al settore au- tomotive è stato messo a punto per l’as- semblaggio di grandi quantità di piccoli componenti, pronti per il trattamento in meno di tre minuti per una produttività a costo ridotto. È il nuovo adesivo struttu- rale M1-02 che non necessita di primer della serie Crestabond di Scott Bader. Tutte le varianti sono adatte alle ope- razioni di incollaggio di un’ampia serie di substrati in metallo, plastica e com- positi. Sia la recente variante PP-04, di grado 1:1 per incollare poliolefine, il Crestabond pigmentati di nero e con rapporto 1:1 per migliorare l’estetica dei componenti incollati in ABS nero e in fibra di carbonio, oltre a Crestabond M1-30 ed M1-60 dotati di certificazio- ne DNV-GL per incollare componenti destinati ad applicazioni nautiche.
