2012. As you have already men-
tioned before, in 2014 we started
more investments which could
allow us to grow and increase
the production rate so as to meet
the market needs that a leading
company such as this one should
be able to provide and become
a global player pursuing a very
important growth strategy in all three continents.
We have increased the production capacity of monomers, mainly in France and this has allowed us to offer better ser- vices to customers with waterborne products. In the past we manufactured some HDI and IPDI products only in the plant in the United states; currently also the plant in Thailandia is working, which is important to supply the Asian market and at the same time we have strengthened the distribution and marketing actvities so as to reach and meet customers’ ne- eds in the best way. I dare say that we think in global terms and we are active locally. I want to add also that in France, next months, another project will be carried out that is the production of chlorine through electrolysis. If we take into account the market dynamics and our growth rate by 4-5% per year, we can say that these investments were done also to promote this growth at global level. We are active in more sectors and we observe a growth mainly for the products offered to the automotive industry, so our objective has been approaching customers in various sectors and we have done this through this enlargement of our production capacity”.
G.B Pècere: “The world of raw materials and finished products is still growing and changing, as a consequence of the European and extra European directives that push companies to manufacture “greener and greener” chemical products. What is Vencorex doing through its research and development activities, to manufacture “green” products and to comply with the European directives?”.
X. Fournier: “We try to guess and meet the market needs, listening as much as possible to our partners to launch products complying with the new ecolabel directives, so, greener products suitable for the REACH directives with lower VOC emissions. I am sure and confirm that the new EasaquaTM product goes just this way and it is developed according to the current regulations in force".
G.B.Pècere: “ We know that Vencorex is active all over the world. To meet the demand of formulations in all countries,
l'azienda è in fase di grande trasformazione e ampliamento, considerando che siamo nati nel 2012. Come già ricordato da voi, nel 2014 avevamo dato corso a una serie di investimenti che ci permettessero di crescere e aumentare la produzione per soddisfare le esigenze di mercato che un’azienda leader come la nostra, deve essere
in grado di fornire e diventare un global player con una strategia di crescita davvero importante nei tre continenti. Abbiamo aumentato la capacità produttiva dei monomeri, soprattutto in Francia, questo ci ha permesso di servire meglio i clienti, con prodotti a base acquosa. Prima alcuni prodotti HDI e IPDI li producevamo solo nell'impianto degli Stati Uniti. Adesso è in funzione anche l'impianto in Thailandia, importante per fornire il mercato asiatico e parallelamente abbiamo rinforzato la distribuzione e le attività di marketing, in modo da raggiungere e soddisfare i clienti nel miglior modo possibile. Possiamo dire che pensiamo globalmente e agiamo localmente. Aggiungo inoltre che in Francia, nei prossimi mesi, verrà completato un altro progetto che è quello di produrre cloro per elettrolisi. Se consideriamo le dinamiche di mercato e la nostra crescita del 4-5% per anno, diciamo che questi investimenti sono stati fatti anche in funzione di questa crescita a livello globale. Siamo presenti in più settori e notiamo una crescita soprattutto per i prodotti forniti per l'industria Automotive, quindi il nostro obiettivo era quello di essere più vicini ai clienti nei diversi settori e lo abbiamo fatto con questo ampliamento di capacità produttiva”.
G.B. Pècere: Il mondo delle materie prime e dei prodotti finiti è in continua evoluzione e trasformazione, viste le normative Europee ed extraeuropee che inducono le aziende a produrre prodotti chimici sempre più “green”. Vencorex, con la sua ricerca e sviluppo, cosa sta facendo per produrre prodotti “green” e rispettare le normative europee?
X. Fournier: “Come azienda cerchiamo di anticipare il fabbisogno del mercato, cerchiamo di ascoltare quanto più possibile i nostri partner per proporre prodotti che rispondano alle nuove normative ecolabel, più “green”, che si adattino alle normative REACH e che abbiano minori emissioni di VOC e posso confermare che il nuovo prodotto EasaquaTM va proprio in questa direzione e sviluppato in base alle normative vigenti”.
