Oliver + Batlle is a family-run company with a worldwide presence, developing production equipment and turnkey plant solutions for Paints, Coatings, Inks and Adhesives industries. Among the equipments that company supply to the market there is the Mill-ennium RS basket mill.
With a great batch flexibility and efficiency, Mill-ennium RS can process from low to very high viscosities up to 10.000 P. Options include a vertical helicoidal scraper for vessel si- de-wall and bottom scraping combi-
ned with efficient product mixing. In addition, the basket mill is equipped with the specially developed in-hou- se control software Obmatic Mill, to provide the right level of automation to meet the individual needs of the customer in his manufacturing pro- cess. Mill-ennium RS can be equip- ped with 3 different control systems: - Version S: an essential control pa-

Con una grande flessibilità dei lotti ad alta efficienza operativa, Mill-ennium RS tratta viscosità variabili da molto
basse a elevate fino a 10.000 P.
Le opzioni comprendono un ra- schietto elicoidale verticale per pareti laterali di vasi e la raschiatura del fondo associata a una efficace
miscelazione del prodotto.
Oltre a questo, il mulino a sfere è do- tato di un software di controllo, spe- cificatamente sviluppato dall’azien- da, Obmatic Mill, per fornire il
livello adeguato di automazione e soddisfare le esigenze individuali della clientela nel processo pro- duttivo.
Mill-ennium RS può essere dotato di tre diversi sistemi di controllo:
- Versione S: pannello di controllo
