multi-shaft disperser may feature
from one to 3 shafts: dissolver,
scraper and blender.

a variety of tools such as radial /
axial, dispersing, helicoidal with

anchor with scrapers and X – sha-
ped blenders.
With vessel capacities ranging from 150 to 15000 litres and optional elements like hydraulic lifting system of the HSD shaft, limpet coil, pressure and vacuum, two section cooling jacket, and Atex Zone 0 certification, almost any product can be manufactured: from stuccos, putties, textured paints, flo- orings, to intumescent paints, waterproof coatings, contact adhesive and PU coatings.
If your main concern is batch flexibility and energy saving, then the Polimix DPS-ORC version is available. This high performance twin shaft coaxial mixer-disperser features a fully conical vessel that renders the equipment highly versa- tile for production of both small and large batches of widely different rheologies and viscosities.
The high speed dissolver and an anchor shaft with scrapers allow the equipment to process volumes of only 20% of its total capacity.
Moreover, at the same batch time and conditions, Polimix DPS –ORC saves up to 15% of energy in the manufacturing process if compared with a standard cylindrical disperser. Integrated automatic or semi-automatic CIP cleaning sy- stem is also available for all models.

Il disperser multi-albero può essere dotato di uno fino a tre alberi: dispersore, raschiatore e miscelatore.
Gli alberi possono essere dotati di una varietà di strumenti radiali/ assiali, di dispersione, elicoidali con o senza raschiatori, sistemi di ancoraggio standard con
raschiatori e miscelatori a forma di X.
Con capacità variabili da 150 a 15000 litri ed elementi opzionali come il sollevatore idraulico dell’albero HSD,
vasi a spirale, a pressione e sottovuoto, camicie di raffred- damento e certificazione Atex Zona 0, è possibile realizzare quasi tutti i prodotti, dagli stucchi, ai mastici, pitture a effetto, pavimenti, pitture intumescenti, rivestimenti impermeabili, adesivi di contatto e
rivestimenti PU.
Se l’interesse principale è diretto alla flessibilità del lotto e al risparmio energetico, è disponibile la versione Polimix DPS-ORC.
Questo disperser-miscelatore coassiale a doppio albero di alta prestazione presenta un vaso totalmente conico che rende le attrezzature molto versatili per la produzione di lotti grandi e piccoli con differenti reologie e viscosità.
Il dispersore ad alta velocità e l’albero di ancoraggio con i raschiatori permettono alle attrezzature di gestire volumi pari a solo il 20% della capacità totale.
Inoltre, alle stesse condizioni di durate dei lotti, Polimix DPS – ORC risparmia fino al 15% di energia nel processo produttivo rispetto al dispersore cilindrico standard. E’ disponibile inoltre per tutti i modelli il sistema di pulizia CIP semiautomatico o interamente automatico.
