AUTOMATIC AND VERTICAL PAIL DENESTER
Pailmanager V-Flex is the youngest dispensing system of Oliver + Batlle handling equipment range, and you will have the chance to see it running at the ECS 2017. This automatic vertical pail denester has been conceived to be installed ahead of automatic filling lines, in order to provide the ma- ximum performance. Thanks to its great flexibility and suita- bility, it can be installed to feed almost any automatic filling line, ensuring consistent operation with minimal downtime:
- Its small footprint, thanks to the sole vertical handling of
the empty pail stacks during the whole process.
- Quick automatic changeover and infeed conveyor for 5
columns of pails.
- Denesting capacity up to 20 pails per minute.
- Dispenses all stackable cans: conical, round, oval, rectan-
gular, metal or plastic, with or without handles.
- Operation and format changeover can be managed from

IL DISIMPILATORE DI SECCHI VERTICALE E AUTOMATICO
Pailmanager V-Flex è il sistema di erogazione più recente della serie di attrezzature per il trattamento Oliver + Batlle, presentato in occasione di ECS 2017.
Questo disimpilatore di secchi verticale e automatico è stato progettato per essere installato in posizione antistante le linee di riempimento automatico fornendo prestazioni massime.
Grazie alla sua grande flessibilità e adattabilità, può essere installato per alimentare qualsiasi linea di riempimento automatico garantendo efficacia e minimi tempi morti:
- minima impronta grazie alla movimentazione in verticale
dei secchi accatastati vuoti durante l’intero processo.
- Cambio automatico veloce e convogliatore di alimen-
tazione per 5 colonne di secchi
- Capacità del disimpilatore fino a 20 secchi al minuto
- Erogazione di tutti i barattoli accatastabili: conici, di forma
arrotondata, ovali, rettangolari, metallici o di plastica con
o senza manici.
- Il cambio delle attività e del formato possono essere
gestiti dal touch screen
- Il pannello di controllo ha tasti a pressione più un touch
screen per gestire la selezione dei containers, controllare la prestazione delle attrezzature, accedere al menu della manutenzione, programmare nuovi formati e accedere all’assistenza a distanza.
Il sistema è disponibile anche nella versione Twin, con due
the touch screen.
